Understanding Our Dual-Size Labels

We want to address a common question regarding the dual-size labels on our T-shirts. As a global retailer serving customers across Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Australia, we design our products to accommodate various body types. This is why you may notice two size labels on your T-shirt.

Here’s a simple breakdown:
- If you are an Asian customer and you purchased a size M T-shirt, the label will read S/M.
- If you are a customer from the Americas, Europe, or Australia and you purchased a size M T-shirt, the label will read M/L.

This dual labeling system ensures that our clothing fits well for customers from different regions.

Measuring Your T-Shirt

If you have any questions about the size or dual labeling of your T-shirt after receiving it, you can measure your T-shirt to ensure it matches the size you ordered. Here’s how you can measure your T-shirt, along with a diagram for reference:

  1. Chest/Bust: Measure across the fullest part of the chest, ensuring the tape is flat and straight.
  2. Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem of the shirt.
  3. Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
